Reification
Making a statement about another statement is called reification
E.g.
Shakespeare wrote Hamlet. (a statement)
Shakespeare wrote Hamlet in 1604.
Wikipedia states that Shakespeare wrote Hamlet in 1604.
Saritha checked Wikipedia, it states that Shakespear wrote Hamlet in 1604.
